One of my biggest frustrations in group meetings (and I'm sure I'm not the only one) is when people belabour the point.

That said, reading this is making me think about my own speaking style. I'm sure it's not obvious to the speaker when they're "talking at" people versus "speaking to" them, myself included. I bet we all fall into it sometimes unless we're highly practiced at being concise. Thanks for the post!
