In a similar vein, I've found that I have energy dips in the afternoon (2-5pm) and then high energy peaks again in the evening (after 7pm). It's been game changing for me to learn when my personal highs and lows, and time box the hardest tasks to whenever I have peaks. Makes work so much easier.
