This change has been so big that I’ve written about it in depth.
Giving up the snooze button actually changed my life. I used to press it 5, 6, 7 times and could not get out of bed for the life of me.
It went on for years.
Then I downloaded the mobile app Alarmy. It doesn’t stop ringing until you do something effortful like complete a math problem or take a specific picture.
For extra measure, I set my phone far away from the bed at night.
The fact that I have to get up or else the noise will not turn off is an absolutely game changer.
