I think it's really important to define procrastination. If you're still doing things that help push you towards a goal, but isn't the main task you should be doing, then this isn't wasted time.

I think a lot of people view procrastination as truly wasted time, spent on netflix or social media that doesn't help you get to your goal. That's a lot harder to fix.
