I get your take and it makes sense. But the 10,000 hour rule doesn't say "keep doing the same thing for 10,000 hours." Experts who spent 10,000 hours on their craft failed and learned and got better. They did iterate.

Someone getting millions of followers on Linkedin in 6 months doesn't make them an expert writer. It just makes their ideas interesting.

It doesn't take 10,000 hours to build an audience. Audiences do not equal expertise.
